Title: bring me sunshine
Description: Morecambe is a place of memory. The town’s identity is rooted in the past; its heyday as a successful seaside resort was during the early 20th century. Nowadays it is less glamorous but I still associate it with fun: amusement arcades, fish and chips, ice-cream, and running up and down the beaches. What hasn't changed about this seaside town is the breath-taking views across Morecambe Bay. Stretches of sand and sea, wildlife moving in tandem with the tides, distant hills and mountains of the Lake District across the water. There is colour and life to be found here. Bring the sunshine.
